Preparation & Orientation
Module
Welcome to my online course Tantric Intimacy & Sacred Sexuality for Women. So excited to guide you on this sacred intimate journey!
Before we even start I want to help you properly prepare so you can maximize your benefits from this program and absorb all the knowledge at all levels ( physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
This Tantra Program is about creating your own personal experience that can open up a new dimension of pleasure, sensations, connection and meaning. It is about embodiment.
When something is given to us as a Sacred knowledge before we even start exploring it, we need to pause and honor this gift.
Tantra is an ancient Sacred Knowledge. Tantra means Liberation through expansion!
It is a sacred and elevated path that can liberate us from societal prison, generational patterns, fears and limitations, heal our feminine, our sexuality and create a very deep level of intimacy with our partners.

Step 1
Prepare your mind and create a Tantric Mindset that will help you shift from casual to the sacred.
Liberation will never happen if you take it like another casual thing you try but never follow through with.
In Western world life became too casual, too mechanical, too robotic.
In Tantra we always start with ritual. Something that modern western people never do. In this course, after we learn Foundational principles of Tantra and understand what it is I will invite you to create an Initiation Ritual that represents commitment and devotion to Tantra.
This Ritual is a simple but sacred. It symbolizes your fierce intention to follow through all teachings and practices without dropping out or stopping.
You might say: How can I know that it is for me? If I haven’t tried it before.
I get it. We all want to get a taste of something before we commit, right?
However, you can’t start exploring Tantra and benefit from it without devotion and commitment. To embrace this paradox I created a simple and brilliant solution.
Commit to Tantra and give it all your devotion for 6 months. Don’t question or doubt it for 6 months. Don’t self sabotage yourself or drop out. Commit and follow through for 6 months.
Tantra requires commitment and devotion and has a sacred energy behind it.
It is important to create that sacred mindset for yourself that can be compared like going to the Temple and connecting with the Divine.
The Difference between organized religion and Tantric practice is that the Temple is within you. Your mind, your body, your emotional body is the Temple. So you need to prepare that temple before we start practicing Tantra as your regular psycho-spiritual practice.
Observe your resistance but don’t stop the practice.
And if it doesn’t change your life the you can say: I tried Tantra but it is not my path!
Step 2
Cover the logistics and practicalities before you start
Logistics and practicalities is simply about including tantric practices in your current routine for 6 months.
Create time for tantric practices. Block this time on your calendar.
Create space for your practices. Decide where you are going to create a sacred and safe space for tantric practices in your house.
Inform your family members and people who share your home with about your intention to have privacy and space for your psycho-spiritual practices.
Step 3
Prepare your Sacred Space
Intimacy is our last Sanctuary.
You need to have your own private and safe space where you can study and practice Tantra.
Traditionally Tantra was learnt and practiced in Temples because it is an equivalent to prayers and sacred ceremonies.
I invite you to create your own Temple/ Sanctuary for practicing Tantra. I will guide you to create an altar and decorate your sacred space.
Prepare a comfortable luxurious space for yourself ( and your partner who join you potentially) to sit, lie down, move and feel like a Queen. Blankets, sheets, pillows. Flowers, candles, aroma lamps, salt lamps, ambient lights.
Your Sacred Space can be in your bedroom or in a different room that feels private, safe and intimate.
Prepare all the tools to activate all your senses: vision, hearing, smell, tactile, taste, sexuality and intuition.
Step 4
Prepare yourself
Prepare yourself in practical way. Usually we can’t immediately switch from daily hectic routine to a deep sacred process. Every time you plan to practice Tantra you need to know what you need to switch gears, unwind, release anxiety and daily duties.
So I recommend to create a sequence of actions you need to prepare yourself for the sacred practice.
For example, you come back from work and finish up with all home agenda, leave all duties and responsibilities behind, finding a baby sitter ( if you have young children), informing your family that you are going to do your practices, taking a bath or shower ( cleansing), changing your clothes, cleaning the space, flowers, candles, aroma lamp, etc.) Choose the clothes you desire to wear, jewelry, lingerie.
It is important that every time you are about to practice Tantra you separate your routine and casual life from your sacred space.
While preparing yourself and your space always check in with your emotional states.
I recommend to buy a new Tantric Journal before you start this journey. It will help you to track your progress and see the changes overtime.
Journaling
CHECK IN QUESTIONS:
What are you experiencing emotionally?
Are you excited and turned on already? Or are you irritated, unsettled and resistant"?
Are you tired and want to give up?
Are you trying to find excuses to avoid your practice?
Acknowledge your emotional states and choose to proceed no matter how uncomfortable you may feel at first.
I will teach you how to shift your emotions in a powerful way, within your Sanctuary.
