In times of transition and collective instability, the feminine body longs for something very simple and very profound: to feel safe, rooted, supported, and at home.

This experiential Tantric Salon is an invitation for women to return to the ground beneath them, reconnect with the body, the breath, the Earth, and the felt sense of belonging that stabilizes the nervous system and restores inner confidence.

Our March theme is Rooted & Held. We offer a gentle, foundational introduction to Tantra as embodied presence, as a nervous-system-informed path of grounding, regulation, and relational safety.

This is a space to slow down, arrive fully, and allow the body to settle into its natural intelligence.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

Through a carefully held, fully clothed, non-sexual Tantric experience, we will explore:

  • Grounding and root-based embodiment practices

  • Tantric breath to calm the nervous system and release stress

  • Gentle movement and somatic awareness

  • Subtle energy work to restore stability and inner coherence

  • Simple, safe body-based practices that support emotional regulation

  • Sensory awareness to bring the body out of survival and into presence

The emphasis is on safety, slowness, and support, allowing the body to feel protected enough to soften, open, and relax.

This is foundational Tantra for women who want to feel:

  • calm and centered

  • confident in their body

  • emotionally steady

  • connected to the Earth

  • supported from within

  • safe to stay open in an uncertain world

NERVOUS SYSTEM & EMBODIMENT BENEFITS

Participants often experience:

  • reduced anxiety and stress

  • deeper grounding and inner stability

  • a sense of belonging in the body and environment

  • increased capacity to stay present and open

  • emotional settling and clarity

  • gentle activation of life force without overwhelm

This experience will allow your body to remember how to rest into its roots.

CONNECTION & CIRCLE

We will close with intentional time in circle:

  • to reflect

  • to share (optional)

  • to connect with other women in a grounded, respectful way

  • to make meaningful introductions and connections

This is a relational space where connection arises naturally from presence.

Event Q&A

Is this an erotic event?

No. This is a non-sexual, fully clothed Women’s Tantric experience. The focus is on grounding, roots, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and feeling safe and at home in the body.

Do I need prior experience with Tantra or embodiment work?

No prior experience is needed. This salon is designed to be gentle, accessible, and foundational, especially for women new to Tantra.

What will we actually be doing?

You’ll be guided through grounded Tantric practices, including breath, sound, gentle movement, somatic awareness, and subtle energy/bodywork. Everything is optional and offered at a slow, supportive pace.

Will there be touch or partner work?

There is no participant-to-participant touch in this salon. All core practices are solo and self-directed.

Lana may offer optional, individual grounding bodywork to participants who feel open to it. This is always consent-based, gentle, and offered only with clear permission. You are never required to receive touch in order to participate fully.

Is this a therapy or healing session?

No. This is not therapy. It is an embodied, experiential salon designed to support grounding, presence, and connection. Many women experience calming and regulation, but this is not clinical treatment.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit and move easily. You may wish to bring a water bottle or a light layer. Cushions and the space will be provided.

Is this a networking event?

This is not a traditional networking event. However, there will be intentional circle time for connection and conversation. Relationships and introductions emerge naturally through presence rather than performance.

Is this event only for women?

Yes. This salon is intentionally held as a women-only space to support feminine grounding, safety, and embodied connection.

What if I feel shy, anxious, or unsure?

That’s very welcome here. The salon is designed to support women who feel sensitive, overwhelmed, or impacted by current world changes. You are invited to come exactly as you are.

Who is facilitating the event?

The salon is facilitated by Lana Elco, founder of the Ascension of Intimacy School of Tantra™, with extensive experience in relational intelligence, embodiment, and grounded Tantric practice; and Odette Sessna, a guide, writer, and artist whose work focuses on life design, nervous system regulation, and sustainable leadership and life for women.
